What is known
Another video has appeared in the network, which demonstrates the fire performance of the Ukrainian-made multiple launch rocket system, which is intended to replace the Soviet BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The development of the Bureviy began several years ago. In 2020, the 220-mm caliber multiple launch rocket system first passed firing tests. The launcher is located on the chassis of Tatra T-815-7. The first batch of Czech vehicles was received by the state enterprise "Shepetivka repair plant" at the end of 2021. The combat vehicle with wheel configuration of 8x8 can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h.
The Bureviy multiple rocket launcher system can use all rounds for the Soviet Uragan multiple rocket launcher. Also under the Typhoon-2 project, the Yuzhnoye design bureau is developing rockets with an extended launch range of up to 65 km (was 35 km).
