"Khalepa", "Kovinka" and "Trjastsya": Serhiy Prytula confirmed that Ukraine received three Bayraktar TB2 drones
Yesterday, September 5, the general director of the Turkish company Baykar Makina, Haluk Bayraktar, announced that three Bayraktar TB2 drones had arrived in Ukraine. This has now been confirmed by volunteer Sergei Pritula.
Here's What We Know
Serhiy Prytula published a picture of the drones on Twitter and said that they are already starting their service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. By the way, the UAVs were named "Khalepa", "Kovinka" and "Trjastsya".
Recall, Serhiy Prytula announced the fundraising for three Bayraktar TB2 drones in late June. Three days later, the charity received $20 million, but Baykar promised to donate the drones for free. In the end, Ukraine received three UAVs, and the foundation used the money raised to buy a satellite from ICEYE.
