Ukraine received a new batch of German Gepard self-propelled air defense systems, and now the AFU has 20 of them

Germany has handed to Ukraine another batch of Gepard self-propelled air defense systems. We are talking about five machines. Now Ukraine has 20 of them, but Germany promised 30. That is, Ukraine is waiting for another batch.

We would like to remind you that Gepard is intended to cover the ground troops, destroy the air targets at slanting ranges from 100 m to 4 km and at altitudes up to 3 km, flying at speeds up to 350-400 m/s, as well as ground and surface targets at ranges up to 4500 meters. The MPS is built on the chassis of the Leopard MBT. It is produced by the Krauss-Maffei company.
