After the presentation of the flagship Galaxy S9 and S9 + smartphones, journalists could not simply dismiss the head of Samsung's mobile unit and questioned De Jay Ko about developing a bent device, also known as Galaxy X.

What did they tell?

As you might expect, company representatives continue to keep intrigue. Dee Jay Ko just stressed that a flexible screen is not just a marketing move or innovation for the sake of innovation. Before launching a new product, Samsung should make sure that they offer the best user experience.

When our colleagues from CNET asked if it is worth waiting for Galaxy X in 2018 (this opportunity was hinted at the company in the fall), the top manager left the answer. But, answering the question about the "smart" column with the proprietary voice assistant Bixby, Dee Jay Co confirmed the release of acoustics later this year.

Now Samsung is working to improve the reliability of the design of the smartphone. Its display should withstand numerous bends, and the hinge mechanism - do not break when the first fall to the ground. Rumors attribute the 7.3-inch OLED panel to the gadget and talk about a possible announcement in December. Most likely, Galaxy X will fold the screen inward.
