Soundtracks revealed Microsoft's plans: a compilation of Gears of War remasters could be unveiled as early as today at the Xbox Games Showcase

It haslong been rumoured that Microsoft is preparing a collection of remasters of old parts of the Gears of War (now Gears) series for modern platforms.

In 2023 gamers never waited for confirmation of this information, but today, finally, the official announcement can sound.

Here's What We Know

Attentive users of the network noticed that in the last few days the covers of the official soundtracks of Gears of War 2, 3 and Judgment were changed.

At first glance there is no difference: they also have Marcus Fenix and old game titles, but now instead of Epic Games and Microsoft logo they have the emblem of The Coalition studio - the developer of the newest parts of the series - and Xbox Game Studios logo.

Of course, it can not be considered a confirmation that today at the Xbox Games Showcase will be presented the compilation, which in the insiders appeared under the name of Gears of War: Marcus Fenix Collection, but the probability of this event has increased significantly.

According to unconfirmed information, Gears of War games will be available for the first time on PlayStation as well.

The show will kick off on 9 June at 19:00 (CEST). By the way, the Xbox Games Showcase may also feature the announcement of Gears 6, which was also reported by reputable sources.
