Leaked: Casio prepares to release new Edifice EFB-109D series of watches with sapphire crystal and 100m water resistance
Recently, information about a new series of Casio Edifice EFB-109D watches has been leaked. The lineup includes two models: EFB-109D-1AV with a black dial and EFB-109D-2AV with a blue sunburst dial.
Here's What We Know
Both watches feature a simple yet elegant design and uncluttered functionality.
The watch case measures 43.5 mm in height, 38.5 mm in width and 9.2 mm in thickness and is made of brushed stainless steel. The dial is simple, with hour and minute indices, a date window at 3 o'clock, and a second hand for precision.
A key feature is the sapphire crystal, which is highly scratch-resistant and water-resistant to 100 metres, making the models suitable for everyday use and swimming.
The watches are powered by a quartz movement with a three-year battery life. The models do not have solar charging or smart functions, but provide reliable and accurate time.
Prices for the new watches have not yet been confirmed, but they are expected to be available at a lower price than third-party sellers, where models can now be found for $119.
