The other day  Ilon Musk's company SpaceX successfully launched the Inspiration4 mission, in which a Falcon 9 rocket with Crew Dragon spacecraft sent the first tourists into space. But Musk is not forgetting about his other project - satellite internet Starlink.

When?

Looks like the project is finally coming to the finish line. The internet has been in testing since late October last year. It's been almost a full year, so it's logical that many people are wondering when the Starlink testing will be completed.

To a question from one subscriber, Ilon Musk replied on Twitter that beta testing will end in next month. However, Musk is notorious for the fact that he often does not observe the announced deadlines, so for now his words should be treated with doubt. Especially since not so long ago he promised that Starlink would be out of  beta testing phase by end of summer.

What happens after that - SpaceX CEO hasn't said, but usually the completion of testing means moving to broader deployment and full commercial deployment.

According to SpaceX data submitted to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the company has launched more than 1,700 Starlink satellites into orbit. But earlier Musk said that the company plans to launch more than 40 thousand satellites for complete coverage of the Earth with satellite Internet.
