Mark Gurman: Apple to introduce 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pro with M1X chip this month
After September's launch of the iPhone and other new products, Apple is now preparing for an event dedicated to Mac computers.
What's known
According to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, the American manufacturer will hold a presentation this month, which should show the new MacBook Pro. The exact release date of the new products is not available yet, but it is likely to be announced in the coming days.
Recall, if we believe the leaks, the devices will get displays at 14 and 16 inches. Laptops are ascribed battery life up to 30 hours, a new proprietary processor M1X, the design with flat-edged like iPhone 13 and iPad Pro, MagSafe charging support, multiple ports USB-C and HDMI. In addition, Apple is going to remove the Touch Bar and replace it with physical buttons.
By the way, apart from the new MacBook Pro, at the October presentation Apple may also show the updated Mac mini and, possibly, TWS-headphones AirPods 3.
