A week before the unveiling of the new MacBook Pro, an insider has published new information about the devices.

What's known

According toRoss Young, Chairman and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) , Apple will install miniLED screens in the new MacBook Pro. On top of that, the new display will boast a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

Recall that if previous leaks are to be believed, the laptops will feature displays of 14 and 16 inches. They are ascribed battery life up to 30 hours, new proprietary M1X processor, flat-edge design similar to the iPhone 13 and iPad Pro, MagSafe charging, multiple USB-C and HDMI ports. Moreover Apple will remove Touch Bar and replace it with physical buttons.

By the way, in addition to the new MacBook Pro, expect the TWS-headphones AirPods 3 and possibly updated Mac mini with chip M1X on board.
