Xiaomi introduced firmware MIUI 13 Pad, MIUI Fold, MIUI TV and MIUI Home

Xiaomi follows the usual MIUI 13 introduced four more software versions: MIUI TV, MIUI Fold, MIUI 13 Pad and MIUI Home.

What is known

From the name of the software, you can understand what it is and what devices it is focused on. The MIUI 13 Pad shell will be available for tablet computers. Users will be able to resize the windows of running programs and move them, as in desktop computers. The company also notes the adaptation of more than 3,000 applications along with improved compatibility with external keyboards.

MIUI Home is targeting smart displays, of which there are not many available in Xiaomi's range. After receiving the update, their [displays] can be used as a smart home control center.

Also released MIUI TV for smart TVs and MIUI Fold for the foldable smartphone Xiaomi Mi MIX FOLD. Moreover, the latter will receive an update only in the middle of spring next year. It is possible that a new generation of bendable flagship will be released by that time.

MIUI TV, MIUI Pad 13 and MIUI Home release schedules will be announced later. Recall stable MIUI 13 for smartphones will become available already at the end of January 2022.
