Lenovo unveils its most powerful Legion Y9000P Extreme Edition laptop with Intel Core i9-13900HX and GeForce RTX 4090 for $3200
Lenovo, along with its cheapest gaming laptop, the GeekPro G5000, has announced its most expensive gaming laptop yet. It's called the Legion Y9000P Extreme Edition.
Here's What We Know
The laptop is equipped with a 24-core Intel Core i9-13900HX processor and a GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card in the top-end version. There are more modest versions as well. For example, the base variant gets a GeForce RTX 4080. The DDR5-5600 RAM capacity is 32GB and the PCIe 4.0 SSD capacity is 1TB.
The Legion Y9000P Extreme Edition features a 16" display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, Dolby Vision, G-Sync and HDR400 support. The refresh rate is 240Hz and the sRGB colour gamut is 100%/ 3ms lag time.
The novelty got an advanced cooling system, backlit keyboard, Wi-Fi 6E and Ethernet. The battery capacity was 80Wh.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The manufacturer's recommended price for the Legion Y9000P Extreme Edition is $2615-3200. The laptop will be available for pre-order on 24 March 2023.
