The other day we wrote that Apple added Adaptive Transparency to the original AirPods Pro, and now there is information that it also got AirPods Max.

Here's What We Know

Owners of the headphones who have installed firmware 5A304a, as well as the beta version of iOS 16.1 and iPadOS 16, have started to report it. The new feature is available in the AirPods Max settings on your smartphone and tablet.

In case you didn't know, Adaptive Transparency debuted with the new AirPods Pro 2. It allows you to block loud sounds while Transparency mode is activated. For example, a siren, the sound of a jackhammer, etc.
