Like the AirPods Pro 2: The original AirPods Pro with iOS 16.1 Beta update got Adaptive Transparency support

Apple in early September introduced the TWS AirPods Pro 2 earphones with Adaptive Transparency. It looks like it will appear in the original model as well.

Here's What We Know

Reddit users noticed the Adaptive Transparency setting for the first-generation AirPods Pro in the iOS 16.1 Beta update. The earphones also had a beta version of the software (5A304A). It looks like Apple is testing the technology now and it will appear in the original AirPods Pro with the release of a stable version of iOS 16.1.

Flashback

Adaptive Transparency is a feature that allows you to block loud sounds while Transparency mode is activated. For example, a siren, the sound of a hammer, etc.
