ASUS recruits volunteers to test Android 12 on Zenfone 8 Flip smartphone

ASUS has announced a beta testing program for Android 12 firmware on its flagship Zenfone 8 Flip.

What we know

Anyone can participate in the testing. To do this, you have until November 8 to submit an application. You can do this on your smartphone by going to Settings - System - System Update. Then you need to click on the three dots in the corner and register in the beta testing program. After confirmation the test firmware will come to the smartphone "by air". As for the stable version of the software, it is planned to be released in December.

Recall, ASUS is going to update to Android 12 more 5 smartphone models: ZenFone 8, ROG Phone 5, ROG Phone 5s, ROG Phone 3 and ZenFone 7. There's no firmware to expect for them this year.
