Rumour: Google is working on Pixel Watch 2, to be launched alongside Pixel 8 flagships

Google unveiled its first smartwatch last autumn and now seems to be working on its successor.

Here's What We Know

The information has been shared by our colleagues at 9to5Google. According to the leak, the Pixel Watch 2 will get the same design as the current model, but the bezels around the screen may be thinner. The company is also planning to update the watch's processor. Thanks to it, the gadget will be more productive and more energy efficient.

On the software side, the watch will come with Material You interface, Dynamic Color feature and most likely the new Wear OS 4. The novelty will be able to track different sports, as well as monitor health indicators.

When We Can Expect It

The Pixel Watch 2 is likely to be released in the fall. The watch will be introduced with the flagship Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones.
