Znera Space proposes to errect a 550-meter Downtown Circle building around the world's tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa
Architectural studio Znera Space has shown the concept of a circular skyscraper around the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai.
Here's What We Know
The architecture of the United Arab Emirates is hard to call standard, but the architects of Znera Space found something to surprise. They came up with the concept of a circular building around the world's tallest skyscraper. It is called the Downtown Circle.
The ring part of the building will be installed on piles 550 m high. According to the idea of the architects, from the center of the Downtown Circle will look out the main attraction of Dubai - "Burj Khalifa". Dubai Tower is the highest skyscraper in the world. Its height is 828 m.
Downtown Circle will attract more tourists to the UAE and add another skyscraper in the dense urban development. The ring with a circumference of 3 km will be installed on five pylons. The concept involves a green park with waterfalls Skypark, which will weave together the two main rings of the building. A passenger train will move through the skyscraper at speeds of up to 100 km/h.
