The head of CD Projekt Adam Kicinski and the company's Vice President of Business Development Michal Nowakowski revealed some details about one of the three games in the The Witcher universe, which are currently in development.

We're talking about the spin-off game under the working title Sirius. It is being developed by the American studio The Molasses Flood, which CD Projekt bought last year.

According to Nowakowski, Sirius is "not a small game and definitely not a mobile game. It's being described as a project for fans of The Witcher who don't want to go through the complex RPGs that past installments of the series have been. Sirius is a project without an open world, with an emphasis on multiplayer elements, although a single story campaign will remain in the game.

Sirius is developed on Unreal Engine (most likely, version 5) and the game uses procedural generation.

Even an approximate Sirius release date hasn't been announced yet.
