POCO X5 Pro: 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 778G chip, 108 MP camera and 5000 mAh battery with 67W charging capability

Xiaomi held a global presentation to announce the POCO X5 range of smartphones. The top model in the series is the POCO X5 Pro.

The leaks have been confirmed. The smartphone was the global version of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition. It is equipped with a 6.67-inch display with AMOLED matrix, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz sensor readout. The panel supports 10-bit colours and has a maximum brightness of up to 900 nits. The screen is covered by Gorilla Glass 5.

The POCO X5 Pro runs on a Snapdragon 778G processor and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. It supports 67W fast charging. The novelty also comes with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and a USB-C port. The device has a 108 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP primary camera and a single 16 MP front camera.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The price and the exact launch date of the POCO X5 Pro has not yet been revealed by Xiaomi. Only known that the novelty will be in the segment of devices €300+.
