Ukrainian volunteers are raising money for 35 Sea Baby marine drones, they can carry 850kg of explosives and hit targets up to 1,000km away

Monobank, together with the UNITED24 platform, blogger Serhiy Sternenko and volunteer Igor Lachenkov, announced a fundraiser for marine drones for the Security Service of Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the purchase of 35 Sea Baby marine drones, the cost of which is UAH 297.5 million. In 2022-2023, such drones hit 9 Russian vessels, including the large landing shipOlenegorsk Miner, oil tanker SIG, as well as the Crimean bridge.

To make it more pleasant for you to donate, UNITED24's regular partner - Aurora shop chain - joined the project. Therefore, the organisers will raffle 36 mono + aurora cards among all participants. 35 cards have UAH 100,000 each. You can win one of them for a contribution of 100 UAH. The Sea Baby drone was developed by specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine. The boat can carry 850 kilograms of explosives and accelerate up to 90 km/h. The maximum radius of the drone reaches 1000 kilometres.
