On June 30, Sky News published a video of training of Ukrainian servicemen in the UK. According to Infor Napalm, the video shows not British L118 howitzers, but New Zealand's L119.

What is known

The key difference between the two is the type of projectile. The New Zealand cannon can use common U.S. M1-type projectiles.

The artillery unit is used to provide direct fire support and for firing within a radius of 10 km from closed positions. The transfer of the howitzers was announced in May by New Zealand Prime Minister Kate Laurell Ardern. According to her, the training will continue until the end of July.
