Slovakia is going to transfer new military aid to Ukraine.
What we know
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Slovakia Eduard Heger in an interview on local television. According to Heger, we will receive MiG-29 aircrafts and T-72M tanks. The prime minister did not give the amount of weapons, but it is known that at the moment Slovakia has 12 MiG-29s and 70 T-72M tanks.
Heger did not name the terms of deliveries for the sake of security. By the way, in addition to transferring weapons Slovakia also plans to train the Ukrainian military.
We shall remind, earlier Slovakia transferred self-propelled artillery systems Zuzana 2 to Ukraine, and also helicopters MI-17, MI-2 and 122-mm ammunition for multiple rocket launchers "Grad".
