Minotaur II+ rocket exploded during tests 11 seconds after launch

The U.S. Air Force tested the launch of the Minotaur II+ rocket.
What we know
The tests were conducted in California and ended unsuccessfully. Eleven seconds after the launch, the Minotaur II+ exploded. Its debris fell near the launch pad. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
Recall that the test Minotaur II+ is one step toward the development of an intercontinental ballistic missile LGM-35A Sentinel. It will replace the Minuteman missiles.
