Here's What We Know

According to the Telegram channel Horevica, Ukraine received such armored personnel carriers from Denmark. Before that they were repaired in Germany. It is unknown how many of these armored personnel carriers are in service with the AFU.

Flashback

M113G3DK is a variant of the American armored personnel carrier M113. It was created in 1999 by the German company Flensburger Fahrzeugbau GmbH for the armed forces of Denmark and Germany. The APC has a more powerful 6-cylinder 10.6-liter turbocharged diesel engine with output of 300 hp and external fuel tanks. In addition, the M113G3-DK has improved Diehl 513 tracks, a new heater, an upgraded generator and additional armor kit. The M113G3-DK can be supplied with a variety of remotely-controlled combat modules. For example, Lemur, M151 Protector (NL) or M153 Protector.
