Recall that the AGM-88 HARM is an American high-speed anti-radar missile. It was adopted for service in the USA in 1983. It has a passive radar seeker and targets radar stations. AGM-88 HARM is capable of hitting targets at a distance of 25 to 150 km. Such a missile can destroy Pantsir SAMs, as well as Tor, Buk or S-400 SAMs.
