We are talking about an advanced Russian radar reconnaissance and firing control system "Zopark-1M". It was captured during a counterattack in the Kharkov region. Judging by the photos the machine is in excellent condition.

"Zopark-1M" is designed to effectively combat enemy artillery and missile systems by detecting their positions while firing mines, shells and rockets. The complex is able to guide Russian artillery systems "Msta-S" and "Coalition", as well as multiple rocket launchers "Smerch", multiple rocket launchers "Tochka-U" and others. It was first shown in 2013.
