Germany, Denmark and Norway decided to allocate money and together finance the purchase of Zuzana 2 self-propelled howitzers for Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

According to the German Defense Ministry, we are talking about 16 howitzers, which will be produced by the Slovakian company Slovak Armaments. Since the howitzers still need to be made, deliveries will not start until next year.

The cost of the order is 92 million euros. This amount will be equally shared by all three countries, approximately 30 million each.

Zuzana 2 is a self-propelled artillery unit, which is equipped with 155-mm howitzer and is capable of firing six shells per minute to a distance of 40 kilometers.
