Pulse Science unveiled three MERT series quadcopters at the Defense and Science 2022 exhibition in Bangkok. At the same event, a prototype of Thailand's D11A multiple rocket launcher system based on Israel's PULS system made its debut.

Here's What We Know

The first quadcopter is called the RAPID MERT. It is equipped with a hybrid engine. Unlike the other two new products, which we will talk about later, the RAPID MERT is aimed only at delivering medical equipment. The maximum weight is 15 kg.

The second model is the MERT-R. It is a fully unmanned drone that can transport the wounded. The company of this drone is the MERT-P. This vehicle supports unmanned operation along with manual control.

Work on the emergency response device began in 2021 at the request of the Royal Thai Army Medical Department. The MERT-R and MERT-P have a maximum payload weight of approximately 100 kg.
