What we know
The Central District Court of Minsk made such a decision. The sets of stickers "Sasha 3%" and Luka went under Belarus sanctions. The relevant information was published on the website of the Ministry of Information in the section of extremist materials.
For reference, the meme "Sasha 3%" appeared in Belarus in 2020 after the presidential election. According to opinion polls, Alexander Lukashenko won only 3%.
