NASA has created a program that lets you hear what your voice will sound like on Mars

The Mars Perseverance rover and the data it collected about the Martian atmosphere and how sounds spread in it helped NASA create a program that converts voice to Martian.

How does it work?

This service lets you hear what your voice would sound like on the Red Planet. It requires you to record any phrase, after which the program will do its work and present a recording of an already changed voice.

The service is designed to allow you to hear your voice.

Scientists say you shouldn't expect drastic changes: you get a quieter, muted version of what you hear on Earth. "It's comforting to know that if you were on Mars, you could still sound very much like yourself. But some of the sounds we're used to on Earth, such as whistling or birdsong, are almost inaudible on Mars," NASA noted.

They're not a good version of what we're used to on Earth.

You must agree, though - it's interesting to feel like you're from another planet.
