Ukrainian defenders shot down another expensive Russian Ka-52 Alligator helicopter today, September 7. The video report was published by the press service of the Air Command Center. The video shows how the helicopter was destroyed with the Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system.

Recall, the Ka-52 "Alligator" is a Russian combat helicopter and command vehicle of the army aviation. It is capable of engaging armored and unarmored vehicles, manpower and aerial targets on the battlefield. It is an extension of the Ka-50 "Black Shark" model. One such helicopter costs about $16,000,000.
