The incident happened last week at Taranto airport in Italy. A video surfaced on Twitter showing a wheel coming off the landing gear a few seconds after takeoff and falling onto the runway.

The plane was flying from Italy to the United States. Despite missing one wheel, the freighter Dreamlifter landed successfully at Charleston Airport. Boeing launched an investigation into the incident.
