Critics' Reviews
Critics have already published their reviews on Metacritic. The game received 86 points out of 100. Journalists note that Pentiment will definitely not leave the player indifferent after the game, and the historical truthfulness and moral choice of the character are successfully intertwined with each other. In general, Obsidian managed to create a medieval thriller that attracts attention. But among the disadvantages of Pentiment were noted the slow pace, lack of proper audio and the focus of the game, which sometimes wanders.
Pentiment was released on November 15 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The game will be available in Game Pass from day one.
