US delivers 31 M1A1 Abrams tanks to Germany to train Ukrainian crews

The United States has sent M1A1 Abrams tanks to Germany to be used for training Ukrainian crews. This was announced by Pentagon spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder.
Here's What We Know
The US tanks have been delivered to the Grafenwöhr firing range. Here they will await the arrival of Ukrainian crews. The Ukrainian Armed Forces will travel to Germany for several weeks of training.

Crew training will take place over a period of about 10 weeks. After that, all US M1A1 Abrams tanks will be shipped to Ukraine early this fall.
