M113 armoured personnel carriers, MAN 40M trucks and 105mm artillery shells: Australia announces new $74,000,000 military aid package for Ukraine

Australia has announced another military aid package for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Here's What We Know

The information was shared by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. The new aid package is for $74,000,000 and includes:

• 28 M113 armoured personnel carriers;
• 14 special purpose vehicles;
• 28 MAN 40M medium trucks;
• 14 trailers;
• 105mm artillery ammunition.

Armament deliveries will begin shortly. Incidentally, Australia has handed over $407,000,000 worth of arms to the Ukrainian Armed Forces since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

We'll provide an additional 70 military vehicles and more ammunition.

And we'll help the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund provide support like clean water, shelter and health services.
