OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 9R have started receiving Google's August security update

OnePlus has released a new version of the software for the smartphones of yesteryear.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 9R. The firmware has been released with build numbers IN2021_13.1.0.582(EX01), IN2011_13.1.0.582(EX01) and LE2101_13.1.0.582(EX01). The system has started rolling out to devices in India for now. In other countries OTA will appear a little later.

As for the list of changes, it contains an up-to-date Google security patch that closes a lot of software vulnerabilities. Also, the developers have worked on system bugs.
