Google has simplified Gmail for Android

Google has released a simplified version of Gmail for gadgets that run on Android OS. Gmail Go is designed for smartphone owners living in regions with expensive Internet access or bad coverage, as well as for entry-level devices.

Functionality

Gmail Go is not as bulky by weight, it has the main functions and saves traffic. Users will still be able to switch between accounts, exchange letters not only online, but also offline. The application itself sorts the messages into folders, giving priority to personal messages. Spam and unnecessary messages can be blocked.

Gmail Go for Android is already available on Google Play for free download.
