Facebook postponed the release of its smart speakers in October

Facebook is not   refuses   ideas to release their smart speakers that can compete with   devices from   Amazon, Google, Microsoft and   Apple. Earlier it was planned to present " smart " acoustic systems in   May at   Facebook F8 conference, but   because of the scandal with   the release of the data had to be relocated .

Facebook wants to present just two speakers , which will receive 15-inch touchscreens, virtual assistant and   voice control. The older model is also credited with a face recognition system. By   rumors, Portal (more " pumped " model) will cost $ 499, and   it's twice as expensive as Amazon Echo.
