Not Diablo, but Dark Souls: new details about the combat system of the action-RPG No Rest for the Wicked from the authors of the platformer series Ori have been revealed

IGN portal continues to introduce the nuances of the dark action-RPG No Rest for the Wicked from the authors of the Ori series of platformers.

Here's What We Know

Ori developers have unveiled an impressive gameplay video of the dystopian action-RPG No Rest for the Wicked gamers might have an impression that No Rest for the Wicked will be similar to Diablo or Path of Exile with their endless crowds of enemies and not the most thoughtful gameplay. But Moon Studios staff explained to IGN reporters that their game is better compared to Dark Souls and Monster Hunter.

Despite the fact that the camera in the new action game is on top, the gameplay in this game is characterised as tactical, challenging and complex.

Players will rarely meet more than 2-3 opponents in one battle, but to defeat them you need to intelligently think over your actions, calculate the time of blows and defend or evade the enemies' attacks in time. In No Rest for the Wicked there will be battles with powerful bosses, and each of them has its own strengths and weaknesses.

To gain additional advantages and bonuses, players will be offered to improve weapons and armour, as well as to cook food that will give a certain reinforcement to the character.

In addition to multifaceted gameplay, No Rest for the Wicked will offer and exciting storyline, as well as additional tasks.

We would like to remind you that on the 1st of March No Rest for the Wicked developers will hold a special stream, where they will tell more details about the game.

When We Can Expect It
