Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55 displays have been highly rated by DxOMark
Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy A35 and A55 smartphones. Soon after their launch, the famous DxOMark lab conducted tests on these smartphones and gave positive reviews about the screens of these devices.
Here's What We Know
DxOMark has named Galaxy A35 and A55 as display champions in their price categories. The A35 leads among phones priced below $400, while the A55 takes the top spot among devices priced up to $500. According to DxOMark, the Galaxy A35 has a maximum brightness of 1,344 nits, while the A55 reaches an impressive 1,638 nits. This is a remarkable result for a mid-range smartphone with brightness levels comparable to flagships. DxOMark testers also noted the excellent colour accuracy of both phones in various lighting conditions, as well as their good performance in HDR video playback.
In addition, the Galaxy A35 scored the second best camera in its price category. It is particularly good at shooting outdoors in both photo and video mode. However, the Galaxy A55 ranked only fifteenth in its segment in terms of camera performance. It does well under standard conditions, but struggles in backlighting, low-light conditions and when shooting scenes with motion.
