Bluepoint Games' next project is not a remake of any game
The number of questions about the current Bluepoint Games project is growing over time without any official updates from the studio or PlayStation. While the time of the official announcement remains uncertain, one of the developers provided a brief update.

Here's What We Know
When PlayStation acquired Bluepoint Games in 2021, it was revealed that their next project would not be a remake, despite their success with the Shadow of the Colossus and Demon's Souls remakes in 2018 and 2020. Bluepoint's head of technology recently reiterated on Twitter that the studio's next game is an "original title".
It remains unclear what "original content" means - whether it is a completely new IP or a new part of an existing franchise. However, it is clear that the studio is moving away from remakes and looking for new directions.
