$659 million contract: Poland buys 58 Rosomak armoured personnel carriers with the new ZSSW-30 combat module

Information was shared by Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA. We are talking about a contract for 2.6 billion zlotys or about $659 million. For this amount the Polish Army will receive 58 vehicles with a new combat module ZSSW-30. It has a 30 mm Mk.44S automatic cannon, which can use programmable ammunition. Deliveries of the vehicles are scheduled for 2026-2027.

Rosomak is a Polish wheeled armoured personnel carrier based on the Finnish Patria AMV. The APC was put into service in the 2000s. Rosomak is designed for troop transport and fire support. It is equipped with a powerful engine, modern armour and armament, including a 30 mm cannon and anti-tank missiles.
