It's official: Rockstar still plans to release GTA VI in autumn 2025

Recently, rumours have been circulating again that GTA VI will be postponed and released in 2026. However, Take-Two has announced that this is not the case.

Take-Two's annual report states that Rockstar plans to release Grand Theft Auto VI in autumn 2025. Therefore, the best solution is not to believe the rumours around GTA VI, because usually people who write about it have no contacts at all with Rockstar or Take-Two and do this for the sake of coverage. If the release of the next GTA is indeed postponed, the company will announce it officially.
