BioWare talks about accessibility settings and difficulty levels in Dragon Age: The Veilguard

BioWare has detailed the various accessibility features that will be available in Dragon Age: The Veilguard at launch, including five difficulty levels.

Here's What We Know

Among the difficulty levels: "Storyteller", which is focused on the story, "Keeper" and "Adventurer" for medium difficulty, "Underdog" for more experienced players, and "Nightmare" - the highest difficulty level that cannot be changed after the game starts.

In Storyteller mode, the emphasis is on team and equipment selection rather than on reaction time in combat, while in Keeper mode, both elements are equally important. There is also an Unbound option that allows players to customise all the parameters at their own discretion.

Even if you choose the standard difficulty level, you can further customise the game by changing parameters such as enemy aggression, damage, health, resistance and vulnerability. It is also possible to completely prevent death, as we reported earlier.

The visual accessibility features include depth of field settings, motion blur, and a fixed point option for those who suffer from motion sickness.

You can read more about the accessibility features here.

Where To Play

Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Windows.
