It is estimated that in this way the budget of North Korea can be replenished by $200 million a year.

The cost of a Korean soldier's life, like that of a Russian soldier, is not taken into account.

And perhaps one of the main points of this deal will be Russia's potential participation in a war on the Korean peninsula, should such a war occur.
