IGN portal published an exclusive preview material about the ambitious RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The journalist had a chance to play a few hours and shared his impressions.

Here's What We Know

The author of the preview was delighted with the new part of Kingdom Come. He was impressed by the work of Warhorse studio with incredible attention to detail, elaboration of all elements of the game, great variability and freedom of action of the player, excellent technical execution and excellent dialogues.

Each quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is perfectly scripted and does not constrain players in the ways of achieving their goals. Almost all quests provide several options for their completion - enemies can be defeated by brute force, cunning, negotiate with them, deceive or bribe, and the choice of lines now plays a much bigger role than in the first part.

Surprisingly, despite the huge open world, which is twice as big as in the first part, and modern graphics, the sequel's optimisation was much better than in the last game. The author even mentioned that "his RTX 4070 Super video card still can't cope with Kingdom Come: Deliverance at maximum settings, but the second part has almost no performance problems.".

To summarise, the author of the video has no doubts in the success of Kingdom Come 2 and is sure that gamers will like the sequel even more than the original.
