Xiaomi unveiled a robot vacuum cleaner for $300
Xiaomi has expanded its line of robotic vacuum cleaners produced under the brand name MIJIA. The new product is called MIJIA Sweeping & Dragging Robot 2 Pro.
What is the beast?
The vacuum cleaner boasts a professional-grade water electrolysis device. According to the manufacturer, it emits 10,000 waves of sound every minute to effectively sweep your floor.
MIJIA Sweeping & Dragging Robot 2 Pro features X-CrossAI obstacle recognition system based on artificial intelligence algorithms. An advanced single-chip system is used to accurately map the room, while the same AI is responsible for selecting the most efficient route to clean.
The model carries on board a laser navigation system LDS, a 500-ml water tank and a huge dust canister. The size of the reservoir is not specified. AI algorithms allow regulating water supply and suction power depending on the type of covering. The system that prevents the entanglement of the wires caught in the "hot hand" should be mentioned separately.
How much does it cost?
September 1, 2021 the robot vacuum cleaner will be available for pre-order in China. The manufacturer's recommended price was ¥2399 or $370.
