Opera GX gaming browser now supports Aria artificial intelligence assistant
Opera has released an update to the Opera GX gaming browser with an integrated Aria assistant based on artificial intelligence.
Here's What We Know
Aria in Opera GX works the same way as in other Opera browsers. You'll have to enable "Early Bird" in settings and then switch on "Aria Extension" and "Aria Command Line" to be able to use the AI assistant. You will also need to be logged into your Opera account.
Once activated, a new command prompt appears where you can invoke Aria using the combinations ctrl + / (Windows) or cmd + / (Mac).
You can also launch the assistant from the browser's sidebar. According to Opera, users can ask gaming questions like "Is [the game] out yet?" or "How do I start streaming?".
Aria AI Prompt has also been integrated into the browser. It allows you to highlight text on websites and get contextual information from the assistant.
Aria is currently available in 180+ countries. Opera GX can be downloaded on the official Opera website.
