In September, the first Nintendo Wii U since May 2022 was sold in the US

According to analyst Mat Piscatella, only one Wii U console was sold in the US in September this year, which was also the first console sold since May 2022:
1 new Wii U was sold in the US in September. First time a new Wii U has sold since May 2022. The last time a new Vita unit was sold was in November 2021, when 3 (!!) were purchased.

Is any of this at all meaningful? No. Sales fun facts that don't matter.
Here's What We Know
It is worth clarifying here that the Nintendo WiiU was released in November 2012 and the console has long been discontinued. Moreover, earlier this month, Nintendo announced the closure of online services for Wii U and 3DS in 2024, and in March of this year, the eShop was shut down.
