Ukrainian intelligence wants to swap a Porsche Panamera S e-Hybrid for Sea Force 1100 boats designed for the US Navy
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry has decided to raffle off a car to buy boats for special operations. To participate it is enough to transfer 500 hryvnia (~$14).

Ukrainian intelligence wants to raise 15 million hryvnia ($410,000) to buy Sea Force 1100 boats. A Porsche Panamera S e-Hybrid will be raffled off among all those who transfer a minimum of 500 hryvnia. The car was donated by entrepreneur Felix Volkov. At the time of writing, more than 40% of the amount has been collected.
Sea Force 1100 was developed by Willard Marine for the US Navy. The boat is approximately 11 metres long and about 3.5 metres wide. The weight is 5,765kg and increases by 10,000kg when fully loaded.
The propulsion system is powered by a 6.7 litre Cummins QSB engine. It allows the boat to reach a speed of almost 80 km/h. On board Sea Force 1100 there is room for 26 crew members.
