Earth Defence Force 6 will be released globally in spring 2024 for PC and PlayStation

D3 has announced that Earth Defense Force 6 will be released in spring 2024, and the PC version will first appear on Steam and later on the Epic Games Store.

The sixth game in the Earth Defence series takes place three years after humanity's victory in the war against the invaders known as the Primers, an event that is familiar from Earth Defence Force 5. The game tells the story of players who must help humanity rebuild and fight the remaining alien colonists.

Earth Defence Force 6 will allow players to choose between different classes: Ranger, Air Raider, Wing Diver and Swordsman. The game also supports online co-op for up to four players and local co-op for two players.
